Greenfield Recovery provide company restructuring and company insolvency services to businesses across the United Kingdom. As an ICAEW and IPA accredited company, and with a team that possesses over 150 years' combined experience, their clientele benefit from insight and knowledge provided by one of the industry's leading insolvency experts.
Greenfield approached us to design and develop a new and responsive website. The previous website had become dated from a design perspective - it didn’t deliver a particularly inspiring user-experience. Greenfield also required extra functionality features including member logins, whitepaper downloads and enquiry management. Finally, the marketing team at Greenfield wanted the ability to easily manage and update content on their website.
The new website is built on Umbraco, a popular content management system that provides a powerful content editing experience. Incorporating a fresh colour scheme that adheres to Greenfield’s brand identity, the website is responsive across all the latest devices and browsers, as per all our websites.
We designed templates for the Homepage, an FAQs Page, a Blog Page and a Contact Page for enquiries. There is also an Information Page template - Greenfield can add as many information pages as they wish for each of their services. For example, Company Closure is an information page that appears on the navigation with multiple “sub” information pages; Company Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation and Compulsory Liquidation. The marketing team at Greenfield can easily update the content on each of these pages as frequently as they wish via the Umbraco CMS. Finally, the Umbraco system includes multiple SEO features including H1-H4 tags, Alternative URLs and a 301 Redirect Tool.
The Contact Page features a custom enquiry form created by our team of Umbraco certified developers which stores enquiries in the Umbraco CMS. In here, the team at Greenfield can view the full details of each enquiry and change its status to “Complete” or “Call Back”, ensuring an efficient and well-organised enquiry process. We also developed a Members Login section which allows creditors to see the reports relevant to them. Accessibility to documentation and logins are managed via the Umbraco CMS.
Further functionality includes a section that allows users to download whitepapers, site search capability, and the integration of third-party tools including reCAPTCHA on the contact form, and LiveChat, which prompts users to ask a representative if they require any assistance.
